Has anyone been using BETA-7 in conjunction with Poliquin’s updated GBC program?
I tried his routine about a year ago and it was pretty much impossible to do exactly as prescribed; however, I’m wondering if combining this with “the next creatine” would make it doable and more effective?
Thoughts?
