Do you know where can I find the “poliquin principle” book?
He’s out of print everywhere on the internet and everyone is talking about this book. Grrrrr…

I found a listing on Ebay.
Incidenallly, anyone know why it’s selling from $80 to $130 used throughout the Net? That’s f----- ridiculous! It’s a good book but the information isn’t worth that much. What would create so much demand?
It could possibly be that the book has become somewhat of a rarity around, causing the price to go up, makes sense, but I would never pay that much for it.
Same goes for when I was trying to buy a paperback Speed Trap by Franics, selling for 70 bucks when the original price was 12.
If you just want to read it rather than take your chances on ebay, you can always go to your local library. If they don’t have it they should be able to get it through interlibrary loan. I would definately go this route first since it is going for around $100 on ebay.
its a collection of old Muscle Media articles mainly. I brought a copy when it first came out, he is supposed to come out with another edition, but I think it will be a while.
It’s amazing what % of out of print muscle books sell for sometimes even hundreds of dollars. There is a collector’s market out there, guys.

You might already know this but TC wrote a 2 part series called the “A Simpletons Guide to the Poliquin Principles” a few years ago. I’ve been reading T-mag since issue #1 so I’m not sure when it was exactly. Do a search and it should come right up. The article outlined the basics of how Charles designs his programs as well as recommendations on designing your own. It should tide you over until you decide what to do about the book. Hope it helps.
Regarding my previous post, I just pulled up the article. Part 1 was in Issue 8 on July 3, 1998.
Time really does fly, doesn’t it?
