Doing lunges Poliquin’s way, it is a quad dominant exercise, right? Does anyone have tips in doing this exercise? I like to do “static” lunges, the Ian King way, is that bad, using the Poliquin stance?
both ways are quad dominant, but poliquin hits the quads more…use them both, Variation is the key… incase you may have forgot there is a great short topic at T-mag titled “Great ass lunges” that you may want to revisit.
