early bird price was 1500.

Bio-sig requires you to re-cert for like $500 every year to maintain whole-sale and keep running the softwear.

Bio-Print doesnt require re-cert, and is only $180/year to maintain the softwear subscription.

you tell me which one is more expensive now

Yeah I don’t think Ive ever scored an early bird deal anywhere. Still 1500 is up there for all this new all of a sudden knowledge

He was doing this before though. Luckily I was able to find some coaches close enough to BioSig that let me know what was “missing.”
I don’t think my re-cert costs that much I would honestly have to check. Whats cool is some seminars count towards recertification so you just have to keep your eye out for that. I am really interested in trying to see the differences. I may be able to score some private time with LaValle and if I do Ill try to share some info.

anyone ever done a full-blown cleanse?

I’m thinking about going 6 days and having 6 estrogenomics or primal clear shakes/day with added DIM, EFAs and fiber.

any thoughts?

I did the fresh squeezed lemon juice, organic maple syrup and cayenne pepper cleanse a few years back. Honestly, I didn’t notice much of any major difference over the long haul, physically speaking. I lasted 72 hours and lost a lot of water weight, but by the second day I was fatigued and hungry. The first day was great and I had much more energy, typical for a standard 24-36 hour fast.

tork: Ive done a few and programed a few. Shoot me a message or email and I can give you some suggestions. I got my info mostly from the guy charles got his from. Weve tweaked them though and they work pretty damn well.

feel free to discuss it here. I’d be interested in trying a cleanse as well.

what’s the purpose of a cleanse? toxins? better stools?

I ask because I recently started taking some probiotics by LEF and my regularity/stools are honestly immaculate (LOL)… so I’m wondering if this is at all what you guys are talking about.

Theres a lot of reason for cleanses: GI healing/ reset adrenals/ reset pancreas/ mental focus/ lower insulin/ increase sex drive etc.
A lot of cleanses focus on GI healing, but some go about it in bad ways. Some cleanses are just “shitty” ones…the literally just cause you to shit a lot, so yeah, youre going to lose weight, have more energy, feel better but its all momentary and rather unhealthy. The cleansing protocols Ive been taught have also produced solid, long term results, mainly because I focus it as a medical perspective. The reintroductory process is really a major thing to that a lot of other cleanses hardly touch. In short, probiotics will usually cause some stellar stools.

for myself, my lean-mass has not moved very much for several months. almost a year.

So im hoping that i can maintain my lean-mass, reduce my fat-mass and start to build my weight-up, but this time with a rested gut and less toxins to hold me back.

found a good place with reasonable rates on using the Infrared sauna,

got a 10 pack and will use 3/week until I leave for the USA.

Should hopefully help with the cleanse and hamsting fold

So im going to start my cleanse protocol on the 2nd of May.

Will be having 6 servings/day of Primal Clear on off days, and 8/day on training days. So i should still be around 200g of protein/day on training days and 160g on off days.

I will also add 5g of fish oil and 10g of either olive, coconut or palm oil to each shake as well as 10g of greens powder, and 5g of chia or flax seeds and 1 reg-est and 1 sulphoraphane cap with each shake.

I will also consume lots of green veggies.

i will be around 2000 kcals on off days and 2500 kcals on training days. Based on this I expect to loose about 4-5lbs in the 7 days, but protein should be high enough to prevent much lean-mass loss.

Infrared sauna ?

What benefit does that offer ? I have never heard of such a thing.

long story short, it helps more with releasing toxins from the fat and skin cells vs regular saunas.

I am thinking to add a Magnesium supplement, preferably in pill form.

I was told that Magnesium can cause quite a bit of relaxation, is this such a strong response that I will be drowsy during the day time ?

No maxi - you can almost take magnesium any time and I have even heard a few coaches suggest to take it preworkout.
I have done so myself and noticed no drowsy effect. It did calm down the excitement before a competition and I wasn’t stressing out.
Its really other products that contain mag + other ingredients that you would have to worry about a sleepy effect. L-Theanine is also a good sup, any time of day, for relaxation.

Awesome, thanx Hips.

I am also going to try this infrared sauna out, I did some research and found that those with estrogen issues (like myself) could benefit from it’s detox ability.

I had my first infrared sauna session tonight, felt really good to sweat like that.

It’s not as hot as I thought it would be, and it was not hard to breathe.

The employee made it clear to shower immediately after, or I would reabsorb the toxins I released, so I did just that.

I feel relaxed, great mental clarity and focus, I think I am going to give this a fair run.

Started my cleanse today.

So far so good, see how i feel in a few days.
