Poliquin Back Workout frequency

I feel so fortunate having come upon this wealth of bodybuilding information! I love the training programs, nutrition advice, and feeling of community.
I just read Charles Poliquin’s article “Back to basics: no moregeek back training.” It is hardcore and seems incredibly effective.
My question is this: what kind of training frequency should I use with this program, ie- how many times per week should I do this. Hope someone can help!

Poliquin usually has his clients/athletes work out on a five-day split. So you would hit back once every five days. One of his famous splits is: MONDAY - chest/back TUESDAY - Legs WEDNESDAY - Off THURSDAY - Arms/Shoulders FRIDAY - off SATURDAY - repeat cycle.

Poliquin’s usual recommendation is every 5 days.
