I tried looking, but I think one of the authors of the site said that its possible to train the back everyday. You guys remember that at all. And I don’t mean just pull ups, I mean rows and such.
I think it was a mike robertson quote.

Well Im sure that you can train any muscle group every day if it is just for a short amount of time and then rest in order to create a compensation effect where you drive your body to the point of overtraining and then allow your body to recover. Many people do this to bring up lagging body parts. I not sure if you can do this for a long period of time though.
I gaurantee its easy to train the back every day, I do without trying
I do an upper lower westside inspirde template and well I hit my back every day Like today I was bdoing DE banded squats my upper back has to have a hell of a static hold, then I was loading kegs onto a platform. lift 1 300lb keg 48 inchs and tell me you arent squeezing that S.O.B. and using the back, then say OH presses againm lots of back in that, anything standing and using wieght hitting back
Id say the back mainly lower is the most hit body part as well as upper back just from staic work let alone directly targeting it.
