Plyos + Fitness

I’ve been following a 5/3/1 protocol this year with accessory movements tailored for rugby. I haven’t played regularly since Jan, and have only kept my weights routine up. Can any recommend a good plyometrics article or give advice on routine for building sprint speed. Speed, Acceleration and fitness are my priorities in that order. I have 4-6 weeks before I will come back for a summer season, and want to get my fitness and speed back quick. With the aim of maintaining for the rest of the year.
