If you are watching those videos and doing those drills, dont do more than 3-4 reps a set, and pay attention to the “final thoughts” video as far as how to progress. After watching your videos, I have to say that I am impressed… and I think that really focusing on the 1st step as outlined in my videos till you are catching the empty bar all the way in the bottom like my guys do will really help you.[/quote]

Thanks for taking the time to watch some of the videos. I ll get a video of me doing the drill outlined in the first video with the bar to see if I can make the catch all the way at the bottom. I’m working pretty hard to my flexibility at the moment which will hopefully help me get down there too.

Bar work from today, sorry its sideways, on a phone until my camera is fixed on tuesday.

You should be able to squat deeper than that. Do you need those knee wraps? Might be better if you could take them off or replace them with sleeves. Or, you might just need to stretch.

Other than that, draw a line in front of your toes, then when you lift, DONT jump over it!

I will say though, with the exception of those relatively little things that could be improved, you looked pretty darn good, much better than before IMO.

They are sleeves, just stripey ones. I’m working on the flexibility pretty hard, its improving. I can squat deeper than that, but I’ve trying to get my feet pretty far apart (on somebody’s advice) when I catch the bar. With my feet closer I can go deeper. Should I not go as wide? Thanks for the input.

Keep them closer

A few liftres have a really narrow stance, some really wide. But overall a bit wider then shoulder width is fairly typical imo.
