Please give me some advise

It’s been 5 years since I started working out. My exact goal is

Just self-satisfaction. I’m not progressing any further, and I’m not going to be an athlete. I’m not going to compete.

I just want to live my life using for self-satisfaction. Anyway, I’m not a professional or a trainer, I’m just a person who likes working out and works out consistently.

I didn’t think about it at first, but I have a desire to grow.

For my diet, I just eat 800g of chicken a day as a habit, and I don’t really have any restrictions on what I eat. I just eat 800g of chicken breast a day and live.

I haven’t studied much, but I studied based on medical journals and scrapbooks like ncbi and nejm.

If I take about 500mg of testosterone enanthate per week and take trt when it comes down, will there be any major health problems?

I was thinking about doing TRT when I get older, but since I’m going to do TRT anyway, I’m going to just use 500mg of Cycle testosterone enandate and do TRT when I get off.

And the reason I didn’t consider anbolic drug is because there is no company that is easily available in anabolic drug and is a clean pharmaceutical company. Anyway, I’m going to slowly go natural, and I’m satisfied with a slightly faster growth rate than this. I absolutely have no intention of using under labs products. I’m thinking of just using Testo alone and doing TRT when I get off, so I’m asking.

  • I don’t drink alcohol. I think I only drink a can of beer once in a while.

  • For my diet, I just stick to 800g of chicken a day, and eat vegetables, rice, stew, curry, and so on.

  • Sometimes, when I can’t eat 800g of chicken, I eat 400g of chicken (after cooking) and pig’s feet, pork, and beef. I also eat ramen once a week.

-When I’m dieting, I’ve never used anything like Clen or anything for my muscle tisue, and I have no intention of using them. I just want to keep my body fat at around 15% and get bigger.

If you’re a drug user or someone who really knows the details, please give me some advice. Please give me some advice.

What is your age?
What was your weight when you started lifting weights?
What is your current weight?
What is your height?
What is your strength? Give us some examples…

Why are you thinking about doing TRT when you’re older? Do you have any health issues that would indicate that’s needed?

Just my .02… but I wish I hadn’t used aas as a younger dude. I’m assuming you are under 30.

My natural t levels are under 200 , primarily from head trauma But also from significant aas use at young age (started around 19).

TRT was warranted.

I’m never going to bother coming off it it, but there is also no free lunch. Been on about 4 years. Took a while to acclimate my body. Physiological and psychological effects early on.

Always health risks associated. Blood work, blood donation, heart and organ preventative maintenance are a minimum to monitor health.

Are you prepared to risk your current well being, by taking a drug that can cause significant problems - for the sake of self satisfaction? This is a very one sided perspective.

I recommend you find other ways of satisfying yourself. Also, based on your rigid diet, you need to find ways to relax a bit. Life is not, and will never be, all about training. It always has, and will be, more about how you use your brain. Are you prepared to start yet another unfounded challenge in your life? Are you out of other areas to investigate? What do you want from life? Where are you heading?

To this point, maybe eat some magic mushrooms and work some shit out first with the ego fully deflated :joy:

You aren’t at your genetic limit after 5 years.

Tell us more your training and diet. Adding gear to subpar training and nutrition is like putting a turbo on a car that’s not firing on cylinder #1.

You told us you eat 200g protein daily. Great. What else do you eat, in exact amounts?

This may be the longest post I’ve read on here that says almost nothing.

Well we do know he eats 800g of chicken breast per day. He drove that home with three mentions.

Nobody can tell you this. We are all individual. I may take test and get high blood pressure. You may not but your RBC might get out of whack and mine could be normal.
See what I’m getting at.
The only thing you can do is use the proper ancillary supps/drugs and get regular bloodwork to make sure all is going good.
Have you spoken to your doctor about this?

No, This is just my opinion, because When I get older, endogenous testosterone naturally decreases. I always want to feel now

always eat chicken breast 800g/day
and white rice 700g/day
it is almost fixed

thank you really good advice

thank you good advice

Personally, i have tried to avoid things that will make this worse, like exogenous testosterone.

I’ve got some bad news for you, you’re never going to feel the same at 50/60/70 as you do at 20. No amount of TRT is going to change that.
