After reading this weeks “foods that make you look good nekid”, I started thinking about my diet. I thought I was eating correctly, based on J.B.'s massive eating guidelines, but maybe I was wrong. Any comments will be appreciated.
7am one egg cooked in Pam, 1/2 bagle, one scoop protein powder, 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup raisins, 16 oz. skim milk. P+C
10am one scoop protein powder, 16 oz. skim milk, one apple and one banana. P+C
1pm 1/4 white chicken, corn, mashed potatoes and diet coke. The potatoes only have 4 fat grams. P+C
4pm two scoops protein powder in water, 1tbs. flax oil, 1tbs. olive oil, 1 oz. mixed nuts. P+F
530pm 5g. glutamine mixed with gatorade (during workout)
7pm protein factory recovery formula protein/carb shake (3 scoops in water) P+C
830pm 1 scoop protein powder, one banana, 8 oz. skim milk, 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 2/3 cup lowfat granola all mixed with water in a blender and drank. Tastes pretty good. P+C
11pm 1 cup cottage cheese, one scoop protein powder, 1 tbs. flax oil. P+F
I supplement with a multi vitamin, extra vitamin c, b and e, zinc and co-q 10.
I figured this diet at 3,800 calories. I realize I only eat two solid meals a day but with my schedule, it’s the best I can do.
