Critique My Diet

hi im new here.

im 69kg (151 lbs) going for 170lbs. and im 6’0".

here’s a diet i made up, could someone please provide me with an opinion. i intend to also supplement with 3000mg of vitamin c and a multi vitamin.

anyway i forgot to mention how im eating this diet. cottage cheese and oats in the morning, the chicken, nuts, fruit and rice is eaten throughout the day (all in a plastic container). the eggs are eaten at night. the olive oil is added to the eggs and the rice cooker.

almost 4000 calories there. i really dont mind the taste i just need to know it will do the job in bulking me up, cheers.

PS. what’s the importance of high (1 gallon) water intake for muscle hypertrophy ?

one more thing. this diet includes 30g maltodextrin, 30g dextrose, 30g whey protein hydrolysate post workout.

How many pieces of chicken are you eating to get 230 grams of protein??

750g = 1.65 lbs of chicken breast (boiled)

That’s A LOT. Maybe my scales are wrong or something but half a brest and a leg together for me is about 250g. So that’s about 1.5 chickens you gotta eat there. No only is that heaps its expensive.

it’s prepacked diced chicken breast. its about $7.50 USD for 750g (27 ounces)

Just out of curiosity…why have you decided to supplement 3000 mg of vitamin C?
