Planning on starting Candito's 6 week program

Could anyone here who has done it before provide what their experience and progress was like on it?

Have you run a dedicated Strength program, based on training percentages of your max before?

I ran it. Enjoyed it. It did what I hoped it would do, which was make me stronger.

Go for it. It’s 6 weeks. If anything, it will make you test yourself on those EMOM days that is for sure.
