I posted this very quick and easy challenge to clip11. Take a camera phone (who doesn’t have one?) snap a quick pic of yourself right now holding a piece of paper that says T-Nation RV haters go fuck yourselves or whatever, slam it into your computer and shut up all the haters.

I know the first couple times I had to fire someone was tough, never gets easier to me though. I have been doing three annual reviews of staff, and they are hammering me about getting more money. I want to scream at them that have the seen the job market, be happy you are still employed and I dont have to lay you off right now.

On facebook, there is a site for my gym. Someone posted my pic, asking if anyone knows me. The owners saw it and so did a few other people, all of whom told me about this. I had no clue someone posted my pic on this site asking if anyone knew me. Nobody answered, instead they just told me about it. If that wasn’t my pic in my avatar, then how on earth did I know about my pic being posted on that site?
