Pinched Nerve in My Neck

So I pinched a nerve in my neck yesterday while doing standing presses and Im pissed about it,not because it hurts or because I gotta take acouple days off but I was gonna do squats next but I just left and now my neck is killing me and my legs arent sore.

I feel like I let myself down or wasted my time doing standing presses instead of squating first.But I try to learn alesson from everything in life wether its a mistake or an observation and what I learned yesterday is get the to the important shit first.

If your gonna do squats do them first right after you warmup so that you get the fundamentals in before a possible injury.I could have still hurt my neck but atleast my legs would be sore…
