Thanks, heron. Your vibrations make sweet music. And that’s a bass, BTW. The lower, the better.

oops, next time I’ll count the strings. I was paying more attention to the musician than the instrument.

Q: What somatotype are you, Ecto,Meso,or Endomorph?..As an over 50, I theorize this factor is important in how one can look over 50 (i.e. so-called genetic factor) IMVHO, over 50 is the age to reevaluate all options/limitations regarding physique enhancement…
While we may not all want to bang a really muscular chick or not, I think we all have to agree that each of these ladies looks healthy, fit and not at all old…
Which is really the point. I mean, forget about whether or not their muscularity makes you want to bang them, for just a second, and simply look at them.
I intend to be at least that fit when I’m 50. Looking some of the pics of the men over 50 and women over 50, I feel only all the more motivated.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard my mom say “Well, I’m old, and I just can’t do that, and when you get old - you’ll understand.”
She hasn’t seen the examples that openly disprove that thinking, and really thought about them herself.
People who live that sort of lifestyle into maturity lead the way for others in the best possible manner - by being the example and showing you it can be done.
That’s just fantastic.
Remember, these “old folks” were told in their younger years that exercise made you muscle-bound, ladies shouldn’t sweat or lift heavy things, and increasing your heart rate would cause a heart attack. It’s no wonder our grandparents are so feeble.

Thirty years ago, women had little opportunity to be athletic even if they wanted to. High school gym class for girls usually consisted of volleyball and some very basic gymnastics. Women’s sports teams were virtually unheard of, except for field hockey and softball, which had few fans and no media coverage. And besides, women were supposed to be only strong enough to bang the pots and pans around in the kitchen for her man.
I never listened to that shit, anyway. I was a tomboy as a kid, and liked to play rough with the boys. So I played field hockey for 8 years back in the day. I have a different perspective than most women my age anyway.
Joe Weider’s wife is great too and she must be pushing 65 or more but I am not sure how much of her body has not been surgically altered to please good ole Joe.
HAHAHAHA!!!
Man…stop you’re killing me…Joe with a woman???
Phewww…thanks I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time…
Can’t believe nobody has mentioned Chris Sare. I believe she is at least fifty. The one thing I liked about flipping through M&F was seeing her adds.

Chris Sare is gorgeous. I don’t know if she has had cosmetic surgery, but she is apparantly not aging at all.

My ex met Joe at his HQ in LA back in the 80’s (she was a hot brunette blue eyed Italian) and actually had pics taken with him…according to her, ol’ Joe loves the ladies and had his paws all over her bod…

Why do I not find that difficult to believe…?
Um… I never woulda’ thought there’d be any “SMALL MEN” (RE: A damn awesome old Chris Shugart article on T-Nation) here, but damn–I guess they’re ALL over the place–EVEN on a bodybuilding website.
Insecure little dweebs…

My wife isn’t quite 50 but I can imagine she’ll look better than she does at 45 soon to be 46. She’s all natural and very sexy . She keeps getting better in all ways as she gets older. I’m a lucky guy
