Picking Up Relatively Heavy Things. Mostly Weights.

Doing a meet in May. Shooting for at least 500/400/600 in the 308s. Will follow up post meet.

Just completed my first meet this past weekend. Went 8/9 at 606/380/606. Missed my third attempt on the bench at 402. Will focus on speed work this summer as well as targeting my hamstrings and glutes which seem to be weak points where my form breaks down. Also going to make an attempt at getting down into the 275s, though it wont be my top priority. All in all I felt that I left a little bit in the tank on the squat and deadlift(maybe even as much as 40-50lbs in each), but I definitely cant complain about how it went and I had some fun.
