What I think is interesting is that along with his most recent pics on his facebook, he has his ‘altered’ image thrown in with the rest. It’s got a whole bunch of compliments under it, to which he responds:
“thanks gray! the picture makes me look a little better than i actually do in person though. lol (had a chest shoulder and tri pump here too).”
Which is pretty comical when you compare to the other photos. Could he seriously have thought people would attribute such an obvious difference (improvement?) to a post workout pump?

I suppose its a lot easier to fool a bunch of non-lifters on facebook than it is an entire website dedicated to lifting.

^Pic dated October 7th, all tanned up the day after his “competition”. This is the guy who had an attitude in the other thread telling ZRAW how to train shoulders optimally.
I like to think that I know a thing or two about training myself, and seeing this pic as the guy who copped such an attitude and dismissed my very objective, non-aggressive, non-confrontational opinions as being so wrong they didn’t deserve addressing,… well, I don’t know if I should laugh, or just feel sorry for this kid.

Hahahahahahahaha. This is awesome. We needed a thread like this; it’s been a while.
LOL officially my favorite thread of 2012 with the addition of that pic
If he were not so abrasive and just fabricated a little less of the tremendous gains he was claiming, he probably could have gone on and been a respected source of information on this site. Probably could have gotten a thread dedicated in his honor eventually.

LOL @ “fabricated a little less”. Lying is A-OK…as long as it’s just a pinch.

He went from 5 10, to 5 9.5, to 5 9 in 1 month. I guess it is worth a gold medal. At 55 my shrinking is less. Maybe dislexia will bring his weights from 400, to 300 to 200.
Dislexia is a medical issue. Please send him flowers, chocolates and a better photoshop software.
I might still win a shrinking competition, is there 1 in your area?

Are you that dense? I’m not advocating for lying, I’m pointing out how easy it would be to fool a community like this. Youngster nearly did, and he was totally over the top with his BS.

This forum has a long history of giving exaggerated claims the benefit of the doubt. Benching 600 lbs with whipped cream on your face and a 10-year old for a spotter, or an old has been saying he used to incline 495 for 6-15 “back in the day”, whatever. The BB forum will usually believe you, and label the unbelievers as haters. You’re right on, if this guy didn’t act like such a cunt, he’d be the new messiah.
His mistake was posting pics in the first place, he should have just pretended to be a 300lb natural from germany that close grips 600lbs for reps, while never posting a single picture or video to back up his claims. These guys will swallow anything.

I miss RogueVampire…
LOL not who he is talking about.
RogueVamp was legitimate… He was just really a strange guy IRL probably too.

Ah, one of my all-time favorites. The ol’ “495 for 6-15 reps on incline bench, depending on how im feeling that day” line…
