LOL
I never would have started digging around on the internet if he wasn’t such an ass. He needed to be humbled a bit.
Oh yeah, and a tip for the youngster. If you’re going to troll people like this, you might want to utilize a different user name on other sites that have videos of what you really look like and how much you lift.

Does this mean I can go back to lateral raises?!? :(
Not if you want to improve. According to his videos, the best exercises are the ones that allow you to use the heaviest weights. Glad I learned that or else I might never accomplish anything as a bodybuilder. Everyone else better be taking notes too.

The funniest part is after he crapped all over lateral raises in the shoulder thread, he’s doing them in his video.
What I think is interesting is that along with his most recent pics on his facebook, he has his ‘altered’ image thrown in with the rest. It’s got a whole bunch of compliments under it, to which he responds:
“thanks gray! the picture makes me look a little better than i actually do in person though. lol (had a chest shoulder and tri pump here too).”
Which is pretty comical when you compare to the other photos. Could he seriously have thought people would attribute such an obvious difference (improvement?) to a post workout pump?
^Pic dated October 7th, all tanned up the day after his “competition”. This is the guy who had an attitude in the other thread telling ZRAW how to train shoulders optimally.
I like to think that I know a thing or two about training myself, and seeing this pic as the guy who copped such an attitude and dismissed my very objective, non-aggressive, non-confrontational opinions as being so wrong they didn’t deserve addressing,… well, I don’t know if I should laugh, or just feel sorry for this kid.

Hahahahahahahaha. This is awesome. We needed a thread like this; it’s been a while.
I feel kind of silly asking the dude for advice now, but i figured, hey, some of KingBeef and Zraw’s pics look unreal (in a good way), so I gave this dude benefit of the doubt.
Looking at his other FB and some of his lifts, he’s not really more developed or stronger then me, and I’m obviously not apart of the lifting elite lolololol
I just want to know what he figured to gain from all this.

Your attention?
That is the trend with the youtube gen. Took a shit lately? Post the vids yet?
I suppose any attention, even negative, is attention. I just feel looking at his FB and Youtube channel, he obviously hopes to make it in this business. Why would he risk having such a bad blemish like a shopped pic claiming outrageous lifts while being an ass on a forum? Just seems… dumb.

You have to be smart to use youtube?
Yes, the videos say I need an IQ of 21 or higher to watch.
