Hey man I wasn’t so happy about you being apart of this at first with the whole roids thing or whatever but I can see now that you definitely deserve it. To be honest you seem like the only guy who is actually into this. Keep up the good work dude don’t let us down like some of the other guys seem to be doing!

I was looking at your pic of your food, are those canned yams? is that what CT recommended instead of fresh?

If so I’m surprised CT recommended canned food over fresh due to sodium etc.

No CT didn’t tell me to get canned but when you are eating as much as I am you need to look for ways to save some money.

By the way there is only 1% sodium per serving. Oh and they are in water not syrup so there is no added sugar.

I have followed your log, and imo you seem to be doing the best. Good luck achieving your goals.

Making good progress so far CrewPierce, keep on keepin on bro.

And that Barbarian workout looks…well… barbaric. And CT is letting you eat at a buffet afterwards makes it worth it (I recommend Chinese).

I sure can! I have 3 packages of wild caught salmon, 3 bags of frozen strawberries, a package of 6 8oz chicken breasts, 1 wooden box of oranges and a bag of navel oranges, 2 pounds of shrimp in the bags, 4 cans of cubed yams in water, 3 tomatos, and 3 cucumbers.
