I agree with this. I don’t really see a difference in these 2 pics, especially like you should if most of the 17 pounds was muscle.
I think that was just a bad pic to use for before and after. The pics posted about a month ago showed a much more distinctive difference, particularly in the back.
Also, I think that it’s fair to mention that somewhere along the line, Crew’s PC ceased to be about adding muscle and became focused on increasing strength with regards to a powerlifting meet, as CT noted.
And if you’re reading this, Crew, great job at the meet. Your deadlift kicked ass.
Thanks man!
Also, thanks for pointing out that at least the last 6 weeks were more about strength than just building muscle. I realize it was call the Physique Clinic but I think it’s more about attaining the goals that people have.
Personally, I think it’s more interesting with having a mix of fat loss, bodybuilding, and athletic performance (whether it is a triathlon or a powerlifting meet).
Also,
If anyone is questioning my weight gain, which I can understand people doing, I did have an official weigh-in of 192 and that was after a low-carb day and not eating/drinking anything the day of weigh-ins.
That makes a lot more sense. You did make massive strides in the deadlift. Good work and good luck.

I really think my legs took the bulk of the weight as I can tell from having to buy a bunch of new pants. My thighs don’t fit into my old jeans anymore lol.
