I eat 2 oranges for breakfast and that’s it now.

CT upped my SURGE intake after the workout so that’s why we cut them out of my Post Workout plan.

Hey, how bout this; I don't want to be a complete pain in the ass, but how about jotting down to the "T", everything you eat on any given training day, and non-training day? I would really appreciate that, and I'm sure everyone else would too. How much of an increase in the Surge are you doing?

Well, that takes care of all my questions I promise...lol. I'm deloading this week on my wkout, and still trying to come to terms with a new diet strategy and your input will be a big help with that. So, I'll leave you alone for a bit now buddy. Hope you are taking some progress pics for comparisons down the road. Hey how much longer are you on the plan for at this point?

              ciao my friend,

Feel free to ask as many questions as you want my friend! Chances are if you have a question about it others do as well!

I’ll post to a T what all I eat on both a workout and non workout day in my Physique Clinic section. I think that will be easier for people to read than on here!
Oh good call, I wasn't thinking..Thanks buddy, you're a big help to a lot of peeps here. So cool you got on with just the little bump in the road at first.

Holly shit, he wants you to eat 7 - 9 thousand calories on Sunday!!! That’s friggin wild.

Did he specify where the calories come from or can you just eat anything in an attempt to get maximum cals??

I have had my diet up to 5 or 6 thousand a day, 7 to 9 will be difficult.

You may wanna try a drink with a scoop of protein, half a frozen banana, three eggs, 50 grams of peanut butter and a 10 ml’s of olive oil, and 50 grams of oats. Drink 3 of those on sunday and it should add an additional 3000 calories or so.

If you can eat fast food on sundays I think it shouldn’t be too difficult. But if you have to keep it clean calories getting 7 to 9 thousand is gonna be hard.

Haha CT said I get to eat whatever I want on Sunday’s

His only comment was that if I have a meal with less than 30 grams of protein, I should add in a shake.

So hello fast food and a buffet!!

He mentioned he had a bodybuilder who would try and go up to 20,000calories on Sunday. CT said that this guy was on extreme calorie restriction during the week and then would eat non-stop on Sunday. I can only imagine trying to eat that much!

Thanks for the shake suggestion! I’ll give it a try minus the oats. I just can’t stand them in my shakes! I’ve tried several times before, just couldn’t do it.

        Thanks Crew,

Glad you read it. Hey, where do you get your macadamia oil, and how do you like it/what’s it for? Just another good source of healthy fats? Diet looks great, have fun on Sunday man, can’t even remember the last time I gorged down at a buffet!! Have an extra plate for me too, lol.

Haha with the goal of 9,000cals I’ll have two plates in your honor!

I got the oil at a Whole Foods store, it was insanely hard to find! It’s great for cooking as it doesn’t break down at high temps like olive oil does.

I pan sear the shrimp in red pepper flakes with the oil for my snacks, nice and spicy!

Question for anyone. Looking for a little advice: is it bad to put water, 2 cups total of frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries a whole banana and 5 grams of glutamine and a serving of greens plus in with 2 scoops of protein? and 2 caps of fish oil(sometimes put raw oats 1/2 skim milk 1/2 water or carton of egg whites) would this shake add to a lot of unnecessary calories or possible weight gain before bed or for breakfast?

Thanks in advance.
Answer: Don’t ask stupid questions.

The only time where I really ate to add a ton of size (last year) I ate 7500 calories everyday but ONLY clean food… now that was a burden. It’s easy to get up to 6, 7 or even 8k if you eat junk, but from clean food it’s quite an accomplishment.

Damn CT, I bet you were spending as much time at the kitchen table as you were sleeping!

More! I don’t have time to sleep  Waste of time!

In fact I think that I spent more time in the bathroom than sleeping!

Haha between the oranges and the All-bran I know that feeling!

CrewPierce,

Thanks for the words on my discussion. I thought I’d leave my response here rather than on mine knowing you wouldn’t miss it.

I’m working my tail off over here, and I gotta admit myself, that you’re a source of inspiration to me in your work ethic for your diet, workouts, and even posting.

Before I got picked for this, I knew that I wanted to model my Physique Clinic after your’s, knowing that there are a lot of people outside looking in wanting to know more.

When shit gets hard, I just think about how much you’re eating (especially now), and your workouts, even in shit weather. Keep up the awesome job yourself.

And I don’t remember having a bitching war w/ you. Haha! I wouldn’t know what it would’ve been about since I don’t know shit about diet and exercise. . .unless we were talking about college football!

Keep killin’ it!

CrewPierce what happened to the updated pictures you were taking?

Keep up the hard work man.

hello everybody and Crew…

Been following Crewpierce and usctrojans closely since the beginning of Physique Clinic…

Questions…anyone doing the same training, especilly the crewpierce program. Im currently doing a variation of westside(wsfsb 3) and i trained 4x a week.

I see(i think i should say) there some similar point between Wsfsb and Crew program.

Mon: Upper Body Strength vs Wsfsb upper max
Tue: Lower Body Strength vs wsfsb lower max
Wed: Off
Thur: Upper body hypertrophy vs upper rep
Fri: Lower body hypertrophy vs lower rep
Sat: Arms day vs accessory exercices
Sun: Strongman training

i know there no lower rep on westside but its just to show some similar point.

Im about same weight and body fat of Crew, he is stronger then me on all lifts by about 5%…our goals are very similar…stay lean, strong…so im thinking about trying the workout plan and diet…

i would like feedback of other peoples…

I’m not trying to be bitchy fella but you really should start your own thread.

This is Crew’s thread and how his program is going.

Start one of your own asking how OTHER people are doing on a similar program. They can discuss their experiences on your thread.

Haha thanks Octgirl! I think he should start his own thread about training, however I am internested in if anyone else is following my program so I would love to hear what people are doing! That way incase they have any questions about the program I can answer them here instead of PM’s since everyone seems to have the same questions.

Rampage:
Good work in finding that the two programs are similar, I never thought of that! Good luck in the program man and I better kick my own ass so I can make sure I stay 5% ahead of the pack

Due to my horrific posing I only posted one. Now that I am tanner and learning how to pose I’ll take some more. However since it’s only me taking them I can not promise how great they will be!

It’s hard when you move around every 6months to find someone to take pictures of you flexing…I mean how do you fgo up to someone you’ve known only for a few weeks and say, “he can you take a few pictures of me flexing with my shirt off?”.

Just wait until you finish working out and ask the first dude you see in the locker room. Make sure you follow up that question with a wink.

LMAO.

I WAS JUST CURIOUS,

If im not wrong CREW , you said before that you were training on some various Westside template…and if so…what do you think of ramping the weight to a 3 rep max vs 5-4-3-5-4-3-2-1…

thanks
