Awesome job! Props on the hard work and dedication, it’s unbelieveable.
Wanted to let you know, I’m sure you’ve heard it all already but you’ve inspired so many people to get on the fat loss wagon and I for one am truely greatful. If it wasn’t for reading along and seeing you do it I may never have gotten off my ass and realized that I too can lose weight. Thanks for the motivation, I’ve lost 55lbs this year using you as my motivation, I got another 30lbs (or so I think) to go so you’re gonna need to get your continued progress thread going
Again, congrats on an unfuckingbelievable job and I wish you continued success.[/quote]
Thanks DDay. 55 pounds yourself is amazing, thats a great job right there! Keep up the good work. I am hoping to start my new program on Monday. I still need to talk to Thibs about what I can and can’t post about, but no worries, I will be posting about it somewhere.
Any suggestions? I was thinking under the Training Logs forum.

Post it in the Training Logs. It will bring more people to that forum, I’m sure, and be a beacon of inspiration for all of us who post in there.
