great job bro… you look amazing[/quote]

Thanks a lot bmitch. I feel great despite the fact that today I am REALLY sore.

Thanks a lot bmitch! I feel even better than I look, minus the still lingering soreness from the race.

congrats on the triathlon.

i know what your talking about with Biotest products being the best. ive tried alot of others and they all suck compared to Biotest. i actually forgot my shaker for my post workout protein so i tried this lean body boxed stuff. i thought i was gonna puke. it was way to sweet and thick and loaded with crap. ill never forget my shaker again lol.

ive tried sharing my knowledge at the gym and most the people either call me crazy or their stuck in their old ways of lifting. but it does feel good when the listen.

congrats again on doing so well in the clinic and in the triathlon. and you are a true inspiration

Thanks a lot mavis13. I know what you mean about talking to people, especially friends, about training. I have learned to pick my battles wisely because they all think they know more than me, even after my transformation.

Freakin’ A man. I originally started reading Gus’ clinic nad pretty much ignored yours but looked it over and saw the tranformation and started reading it faithfully. CONGRATS MAN!

You have been an motivator for me because you came so far and stuck it out through the injury. How can soreness or fatigue interupt my schedule when you are grinding out your out?

Oh, and I LOVE the ASS SLAPPING AND BEER DRINKING during the race ONLY YOU MAN!

oh and i think i might use your shoulder routine. your shoulders look like you placed 2 rocks there and thats what im looking for.

youve also inspired me to run a 10k marathon. im goin to give it my all.

You have approached this whole endeavor as a warrior, a tyrant, a comedian, and finally a champion. Not bad young man

Well, I’m glad you decided to give me chance and checked out my thread. It sounds like it was worth your time.

I needed the beer because I was a little cotton mouth at the time and I just couldn’t help myself. What can I say, I’m an ass guy.

HELL YEAH! Thats what I’m talking about. You can do it man, its only 7 miles. Just don’t get injured, then it will suck.

As for my shoulders, I didn’t really do a whole bunch of direct shoulder work. I mean mostly just push exercises and only one phase of lateral variations. Just good genetics I guess. Stan McQuay is the same way with his arms.

Good luck with the 10k, keep me informed on how your training is going. When is the race btw?

There he is! Thanks Maximus.

i havent found one yet. but as for training im going to increase the hitt training from 1:30 sprint and 3:30 running by 15 secs every week.

i read your last post and im actually goin to try out for american gladiator lol. Ive wanted to be on that since i was a kid. I know someone who actually tried out and said there was 2000 people and there was only a hand full that were in good shape so i might have a good chance at it. lol so im training for multiple things now. Im doing thibs Beast training now. i just started today.

I hope you do go on American Gladiators. I went to a taping last month and the competitors they had on their were just pathetic. One guy in the red uniform had to be 140 lbs soaking wet wearing boots.

Hulk interviewed him and he had such a high pitch voice, I doubt his balls have descended from his body yet. Scrawny as hell, and Toa just beat him down on the Joust. It was sad as the stood next to each other, the size difference was downright illegal.

Do 30 seconds instead of 15. Thats what Thibs had me doing and it was tough, but if you don’t push yourself, you won’t be ready.

I was being a little sarcastic about the AG thing, but I guess its something I should consider

ok so ill do 30 secs every week instead. i was checking on marathons in my area and the next one isnt till sept 27 so ive got 4 months to train for it. Which gives me plenty of time to train for AG and a 10k.

We should both go for AG that would be awesome if we both got on.

I would destroy you

Awesome job! Props on the hard work and dedication, it’s unbelieveable.

Wanted to let you know, I’m sure you’ve heard it all already but you’ve inspired so many people to get on the fat loss wagon and I for one am truely greatful. If it wasn’t for reading along and seeing you do it I may never have gotten off my ass and realized that I too can lose weight. Thanks for the motivation, I’ve lost 55lbs this year using you as my motivation, I got another 30lbs (or so I think) to go so you’re gonna need to get your continued progress thread going :stuck_out_tongue:

Again, congrats on an unfuckingbelievable job and I wish you continued success.
