Physique Clinic discussion for Barti

Bartl,

(How the fuck do you say that btw?)

I just wanted to pop in and say that, having read all the Physique Clinics for this long, your’s has been the most enjoyable to read.

Congrats on what you’ve done bro.

I got camel toe today when I put on my riding spandex.

Isn’t there a pad in your riding shorts? That would be very impressive if you still managed to get camel toe with a pad in your shorts.

Ya there is a pad but I figured it would get a lot of air time if I said something like that, which it did.

So thanks dre for getting the ball started with that!

Anytime you need your thread to to go off topic, I’m your man.

Oh and I seriously hate you for being able to wear flip flops right now. lol

On a training related note, good luck on your triathlon. I’ve done one sprint distance tri and it was a blast. I should do another one. When is it again?

I did a duathon last year but that was too much running. I suck at running.
My race is Sunday, May 4th.

Hey bro,
Sorry to hear about the job, but you’ll bounce back and get something even better before you know it.
I actually have something in the works along the same lines but with a different company and a higher payout percentage.

So things are looking better…

Thanks Brendan. I try and make it fun to read. I figure I can do two things to people when they read my stuff:

 1. Piss them off so bad that they can’t stop reading
 2. Make people laugh so hard they can’t stop reading

Either way, I am trying to get people to not stop reading.

I don’t want Shugs to lose his job.

Now for the name. The name is pure German. People think that there should be an ‘e’ in there somewhere but I have the paperwork at my parents house to show that when they got off the boat, thats how it was spelled.

It’s pronounced just like it looks…‘bart-ul’.

No, you make me laugh so much, I can’t stop pissing myself or something like that. Keep on truckin’ Chris.

I’m glad I make you laugh, but you might want to work on pissing yourself. I heard chicks don’t like that.

Thanks for the post brother! How you guys looking in spring practice so far?
Honestly I haven’t been keeping up with recruiting this year. I guess they have a steller cornerback committed and alot of talent coming back this year. I might go to the spring game April 18.

We get a good 4 months of really nice weather here so I make the most of it. Flip flops and a cut off t-shirt every day  The winter months help to remind me to make the most of the weather while it lasts.

I remember when I lived in a place where it was only nice for four months of the year. Then I lost my mind, thought I saw smurf’s everywhere I went and realized that I just lived in a place that was not conducive to my life style. Which is shorts and flip flops all year round.

Shirts optional

I tried doing that here in Columbus, but shorts and flip flops walking around in the snow gets painful, at least until the feet go numb. And, no I’m not kidding. I usually wear shorts and flip flops until the highs are in the 30’s, then break out the pants and shoes.

I guess that’s one of the reasons why I’m moving to San Diego in two months. No more cold!

And I’m completely jealous of you getting to play golf right now.

Whoa… I haven’t been looking around the Clinic’s for a while and I have to say your results are amazing man. You don’t even look like the same person! Keep up the good work!

How long before we see abs?

Great question. I was wondering the same thing. The picture doesn’t show it but every now and then when I exhale you can see the outline of abs starting. It’s trippy.

I’ve been silently following the Physique Clinics, but damn, I just have to give you another pat on the back.

That last set of side-by-sides? Outstanding.

Thanks SBT. You have no idea how it feels to see those pictures from my point of view. Its just an amazing feeling.

Great looking dog btw…how old?

Thanks, man! She’s a little over two years old. She’s my baby.

But, I think that just goes to show how valuable progress pictures can really be. I mean, we see ourselves every damn day (I’m a vain bastard - I’m in front of the mirror a lot). But when someone throws a before and after up on the internet, it’s a whole nutha story.

Keep it up (like I need to tell you that!).

She’s got a great smile! Mine is recovering from knee surgery and is actually in good spirits considering she can’t leave my room except to go to the bathroom.

I agree with you about the pictures. I wasn’t all for it when they started to make us do it, but I understand now why they made us do it and I’m really glad. It would have been cool to only have the before and after, but the other night I was going through all the pictures I have taken of myself and to see the progress is eye opening.

Very cool stuff and I’m glad they made us do it.

Right on. I think the continual pictures keeps us informed and you motivated. That and if it were only before and afters, with the amount of progress you’ve made, there’s no way we would have believed it was the same person!

Well, I some college hockey to watch, so all the best to you and your dog!
