Physique Clinic discussion for Barti

By the way…trying to write an entire blog about the day in the third person is not hard. hopefully i didn’t screw it up to bad…

Just trying to make it interesting to read. Must keep the masses happy.

Heck, it was a revelation to find out that your real name is Chris. I thought it was Bart. And your discussion thread calls you “Barti.” And you’re being coached by Chris Shugart and Chris Thibaudeau. You can see where the confusion starts. Best wishes for your dog’s surgery.

Well, they screwed up the spelling of my name. There is no “I” rather an “L” at the end of my last name.

I was thinking about the irony of my name being Chris, the shrinks name being Chris and the trainers root name is Chris.

I meant to say not easy

LOL…I love how they cropped the pictures up there so my big old fat belly doesn’t even fit on the screen.

Crazy…[/quote]

Those side by side pics are great Bartl! You are looking lean, mean and jacked! Keep hitting it up hard Bro, you are doing great!

“I grabbed this floatation device that you stick between your legs. Not sure what they are called but a lot of people were using them.”

That’s called a pull bouy.

Doin’ great bro! Unbelievable transformation!

Finally someone else who thought that was funny.

I try and read the other threads as I go but it’s hard. I don’t envy you pep’s out there that are trying to keep up on all of us. Damn, thats so much internet time.

My thoughts on the other threads:

Crewpierce: He is trying to get over 200, I am trying to get under 200. See the irony? He is doing amazing but with his body type it is going to be hard. He has the work ethic though to push him to get to his goals.

Gus: His pictures and results speak for themselves. He destroyed it. All there is to it. You’re my boy Gus!

Novagreg: Greg and I have more in common than the other participants in the clinic. We were both fat and we are both trying to get shredded. I also believe we had the toughest road to get to our goals because people judge fat loss different than putting on muscle.

Its also a thought of mine that people are more hypercritical of us because everyone out there thinks they can drop a couple pounds and look cut up. Check yourself homey. What Greg and I are putting ourselves is through hell to make sure we live in heaven for the rest of our lives.

I can only speak for myself, but I have done a lot shit in my life. I have been all over this great planet, experience shit people dream of and took it all for granted.

This Clinic is the single most humbling experience I have ever done and the most challenging. Its not easy to walk out on the plank and say to a 'Nation, here I am, judge me and my life. Here is what I did today, here is what I am doing tomorrow and I hope you enjoy it.

Its a total mind fuck. But COMPLETELY rewarding. My friends now call me “skinny Bartl”…like its a big deal. To them it is, to me its not.

My work isn’t done. I think Thibs is wrong. I think by race day, I will be around 185.

Damn.

Look at my pictures coming up this Sunday and subtract an extra 25 lbs.

Talk about a mind fuck.

I’m a big geek. Go ahead, you can call me a geek. But after reading your post about “regular stroking,” hearing about you “swimming with a big thing between your legs” would’ve just been too much.

Thanks Ironman.

I have always been a smart ass…no reason to stop now. Its only gonna get worse too now that I am getting skinny.

Speaking of getting skinny, any pics coming up? Shugs’ edict was for all participants to put 'em up weekly. Most Physique Clinic’ers have reneged on that. Haven’t seen anything from CrewPierce in over a month.

Your transformation so far has been the most inspiring thing I’ve seen. Oh, I’ve seen impressive before-and-after stories in articles on-line and in magazines. But reading about your progress daily, hearing the successes and struggles, sort of living it with you, and seeing results happen in real time is better than any reality show on TV. Continued congratulations on your drive to succeed and your progress!

Also, the two YouTube videos you linked to earlier have been pulled due to “…terms of use violation[s]”. Were they porn, or copyrighted NHL material?
