I am looking at buying a “Phoenix Force Leather Lifting & Dipping Belt, Chain Included” for $70(AU).
My waist size is 74cm and hips 84cm. What size should I buy? Would I be getting small or medium.
The smalls are all sold out - but that is irrelivant I will pre-order if I am that size, I just dont want to grow out of it any time soon or get the wrong size.
Also does anyone reccomend something different, cheaper or better quality? This one looks good for what I want at the moment. I thought buying a weight lifting belt with dip chain attachments would be cheaper than buying them seperately, but I am joining my university’s Powerlifting Fed in a few months, so would I be better getting a dip belt and a powerlifting belt instead?
How tight are powerlifting belts and weightlifting belts meant to fit?
