I think lately more people are - it’s got to breaking point where it’s just fucking annoying having every thread turn in to a shitstorm - threads that are otherwise perfectly fine. Like DeltaOne hasn’t posted in a while so it’s good to see him back.
We had this forum going well for a while. It only takes a few though to fuck it up…and the current “gang or clique” action on this forum is high school type shit.

I would hope that most responding here want to see themselves as well as others make more and better progress.

It seems some are just here to turn this into another off topic area.

Once we get compared to getbig, I think the damage has been done.

Well lately there have been some form of pack mentality going on in here that is
downright unpleaseant. Just take the kid who thougt he was able to get to pro-like levels without drugs as an example, he was perhaps naive and a terrible speller, but the pack tore him twenty new ones for it. How is that helping the forum at all.

Ps. I know I am weak and small, so no need to call me out on it, I am fully aware of it.
Just speaking my mind.

true&agreed.
btw, some posters are really trollz, posting just to cause troubles in the board.

Agree 100%.

But hey, there are enough responding now to deal with this openly.

If you want this forum to return to discussing how to get big instead of who is “allegedly” on what, let’s get to it.

He WAS a troll but it’s always the same ‘individuals’. I’m a member of this particular site for a reason. I don’t need entire portions of threads from other sites re-enacted here for the amusement of a few posters. I can read that crud on the sites where the comments were first made.

Don’t complain about the decline of a forum when you actively contribute to it.

well,I never considered bodybuilding a true sport,
where are the performances objectively measurable?
ok, the winner is who looks the best 8(bigger,ripped etc etc) on the stage,I agree but I never saw bbing judges with the scale measuring arms&fat % of competitors…so the " look" wins.
Is the look objectivily measurable?
not, because it’s mainly influenced by personal (again, not objective) taste.
not sure about the not healthy thing,if someone trains and don’t get with an high % of fat,not eating 4gr of protein per 1 lb of bw ,for me bbing is healthy.
pls, before call me troll read carefully my post; I like bbing, train every day, bust my ass in the gym after 10 hours of work but I don’t consider it a sport.
that’s all…

Oh shit

Roybots in this bitch

thats because bodybuilding is not a sport, its an art show.

Ive been here years and the only real difference Im seeing lately is a lack of new posts. The quality of which has not changed much. People do seem more afraid to comment though. Probably because they feel they are not advanced enough and dont want to get jumped on by the “heavies” as happened frequently in the past.

Prof X isnt getting any more flak than he ever did. There are couple of hard-ons that seem to follow him round and jump on every inconsistency of his, but this is more a matter of forum fame/presence than anything personal or race related imo.

Personal assaults aside, I find these kinds of threads the most enlightening. Talking about professional bodybuilders routines/nutrition/supplements as applicable to people with average genetics, jobs and training naturally makes no sense at all. Threads like this just make it more apparent how little use there is to look to these people for advice. Id follow any of Stu’s advice on how to grow my arms over Phil Heath any day.

I probably post some dumb shit now and then, but I am not postulating any negative/agrresive attidude towards others, wich is the problem( as far as I see it )on this forum.

I agree. That last sentence wasn’t directed at you, just a general statement about posters who collectively wreck threads then act like butter wouldn’t melt in their mouths.

Once again this forum is FILLED to the brim with jealous, insecure and ignorant little men. The biggest thing with some of you is the fucking chip on your shoulder.

Phil has supreme genetics for this sport. You don’t. Get over it and stop with the blaming, hating, and negativity.
You have to be jealous insecure and ignorant to prefer training natty? Im not trying to take anything away from the pro’s but i dont consider a top pro user any more highly than a top pro natty. Their efforts and achievements are on par IMO.
Nah, I think he’s just mad that people said that synthol use is widespread (despite noone insulting anyone for using it), and he’s mad that someone would imply his hero Philsulina would ever touch the stuff.

I mean, just look at the man. He has supreme genetics! Look at the supreme genetics on that left calf!
Haters just hating because insecure. Mad? Yeah mad haterzzzzzzzz
What show was this pic from? I can’t believe anybody could miss that, looks like he has a tumor growing out of his calf.
And to the general public, his whole body probably looks like it’s covered in tumors.
lol
Ya the general public is also ignorant about bodybuilding i like to think most of the people here aren’t the general public. I have seen videos of Phil before and never noticed his calves looking especially suspect so maybe it’s just the angle the photo is taken at. Either way i don’t really care what Phil is or isn’t taking. He is the best bodybuilder on the planet right now so he can do whatever the hell he wants.

@ Roybot.

Okay, my mistake.

No. My bad. I should’ve phrased it better.

Phil has shite abs

Funny enough.its.the.desillusionnals.ppl.like.you that.seem.to.think.drug.usage.is negative. No.one.said.Phil.or any other pro was a.piece.of shit for using.synthol. we all.agreed.it.was.a.normal.thing.to do

You see.it as hating cause.you want.to.see.it.that.way
Get a clue

Elite.genetics.dont.do.it.alone. it does however.enhance.the.results.of.good.training,nutrition and.(omg.hating).drugSSSS use
I have a problem with those of you who think roids is THE reason someone made better progress. Is that YOUR reason for your own growth spurts?
In parts yes. You mad? You gonna hate? Discredit me? I hope not now with all these comments uve made

Here let me rephrase what was said in very simple point form

 1. Phil Heath ALREADY had pro arms before turning pro. His arms were his BEST bodypart
 2. His arms grew since he turned pro, of course they did
 3. Everything on him grew, and some bodyparts more than his arms
 4. His arms didnt keep growing since he turned pro because he changed his routine
 5. Everything grew (see point 3) because he trains well (he already did, obvi) but this was most likely due to keeping training good, keeping nutrition good and using drugs either 1) BETTER/SMARTER/MORE

Do you really think a guy thats 225lbs lean on stage will make progress MOSTLY because of his diet and training? Im asking again since you skipped the question it seems

Question for mods/admins:

Are these forums managed such that you can ban people at the forum level? For example, there are some trolls who seem to find pleasure in derailing Bodybuilding topics. Can you ban them from Bodybuilding only (versus banning from the whole site)?

There’s certainly no problems with disagreement or even heated debate in the forums, but 100% dickery trolling in the BB forum should be, uh, discouraged. Some of us are here to learn.

Not sure you’re addressing my case but im guessing you are.
How do you think seeing Phil Heath routine is gonna make you learn

3sets preacher curl
3sets inclined db curl
3sets concentration curls

If bullshit was being said I would agree with you but this thread is actually pretty informative. You guys just seem to like to keep this to : the training and nutrition are the only elements that will affect your results along with genetic and steroids will only make the program and nutrition progression better

Sorry but steroids, hgh, slin, synthol are all means of PROGRESSION for competitive bodybuilders

And no im not talking out of my ass without having any sources to say these things
