If you are looking for a mixed martial arts trainer, you can’t do better than John Kavanaugh… He’s in Ireland, but I’m not sure where. John is truly revolutionary on the mat, and a fabulous, fun, …uh…mirthful…individual.

You can contact him throught www.straightblastgym.com

That’s a portland gym (best in the U.S.A. for MMA) but they can give you John’s contact info…It should be in the “Where” section on that website…

Best of luck.

Hey Cressey,

When I clink that link, I get a “Page not Found”…

I’m real interested in that link. Thanks for the info. I look forward to it.

When I click the link, for some reason, it comes up in my browser as:

http://www.ericcressey.com/recommendedresources.html</span>

I tried chopping off the weird “%3C/span%3E” crap…

And it came up just fine.

I don’t know if the problem was with the link, or just because I’m using Mozilla Firefox browser.

Thanks, tho!

You clicked on the quoted post instead of the original. Just go to ericcressey.com and click on the “Resources” tab.
