Thanks! I’m lifting again today, even though it should be a day off, because other stuff came up to do tomorrow evening, and at this point I’m kinda curious how much skipping rest days I can get away with. Feeling fine at this point, still, just sore in a few spots more so than usual.
3x10: Zercher squat 99 kg
1x2: push press 85 kg
1x3: push press 81 kg
1x5: push press 77 kg
3x12: seated db press 16 kg
3x5: pause deadlift 159 kg
2x15: pullup
3x8: cheat curl 49 kg
Left thigh was pretty sore yesterday and I’m still feeling it today. It’s been feeling not quite right for a few weeks now, so I figure I’d give it a break from the cleans.
Then got dragged into helping a friend move cause other people bailed. No furniture or other heavy stuff to pick up, but a lot of carrying bags down then up stairs. I did get a jar of Moroccan almond butter out of it, though.

On the last squat set, I tripped over one of the sawhorse legs, put a nice round hole in the sheetrock wall, and figured that since nothing crashed down to the ground it wasn’t worth trying to put the bar back and setting up again, so I just did the set. It actually felt a little lighter than usual. That bit of adrenaline helps, I guess.
