Also, weight: 84.4 kg earlier today, weighed myself in order to weigh the grape crop from my garden, which is a lousy 7.8 kg this year. Not enough to make brandy, so I made one jar of jam so far, will see about the rest tomorrow.

Took a couple of days off for the silliest reason ever - woke up Tuesday morning, rolled over, and gave myself a massive cramp on the right side of my neck. Had to turn my whole body to look to the right before crossing the street and all. Could’ve done some lifts that didn’t aggravate it, but figured it’s not gonna kill me to just take time off. Yesterday it was better but still kinda lousy, today it’s just a little sore if I try to turn my head far to the right, so…

Felt fine on deads, a little more sore after the pullups, so I skipped the unweighted pullups, also took more rest between the weighted pullups than I usually do.
