Spent this morning and afternoon really, really tired, thought I’d try lifting anyway, it didn’t go well. Was gonna do 8x1 with 133 kilos according to plan, but I tried 133 twice and couldn’t even get it off the sawhorses, so I did this. Sure, I could have just put off training till tomorrow, but…
