Persistent Guy's Training Log Continues

30x1: front squat 115 kg
3x6: clean and press 69 kg
3x7: pullup

Weight: 95 kg

6x1: front squat 135 kg
3x10: db floor press 46 kg
3x8: straight bar curl 39 kg

1x9: deadlift 199 kg

Could not quite lock out the 10th rep - the grip on my left hand started slipping with just a few inches to go. Annoyingly close.

30x1: front squat 117 kg
3x10: db floor press 46 kg
3x8: straight bar curl 39 kg

6x1: front squat 135 kg
3x6: clean and press 69 kg
3x10: pullup

1x3: deadlift 229 kg
1x3: deadlift 209 kg
3x10: db floor press 46 kg
3x8: straight bar curl 39 kg

30x1: front squat 117 kg
3x8: military press 69 kg
3x10: pullup

Probably gonna try weighted pullups next week.

6x1: front squat 135 kg
3x10: db floor press 46 kg
3x10: straight bar curl 39 kg

1x9: deadlift 193 kg (ugh)
2x3: pullup 20 kg
2x3: pullup 15 kg
2x3: pullup 10 kg

Bad news is, grip gave out before tenth deadlift rep. Good news is, arms feel completely fine on weighted pullups.

Yesterday:

30x1: front squat 117 kg
3x10: db floor press 46 kg
3x10: curl 39 kg

6x1: front squat 137 kg
3x8: military press 69 kg

Right oblique is a bit sore when cleaning the weight for presses, and seriously sore when trying to do pullups. Weird, so I skipped the pullups cause I want to do deads in a couple of days and don’t want to make this worse.

1x15: deadlift 169 kg

2 days ago:
30x1: front squat 119 kg
3x10: db floor press 46 kg
3x10: curl 39 kg

Today:
6x1: front squat 137 kg
3x8: military press 69 kg

Weight: 95.4 kg

1x11: deadlift 191 kg

Grip was fine throughout, my hamstrings just started running out of juice on lockout. Right oblique just a tiny bit sore.

Wanted to change up the high-volume front squats.

3x10: front squat 101 kg
3x10: db floor press 46 kg
2x3: pullup 10 kg
4x3: pullup 20 kg

6x1: front squat 137 kg
3x8: military press 69 kg
1x10: pullup

1x4: deadlfit 229 kg
1x3: deadlift 209 kg
3x10: db floor press 46 kg
3x10: curl 39 kg

So, doing higher-rep deadlifts hasn’t made me any weaker at lower reps, that’s for sure.

3x10: front squat 101 kg
6x3: pullup 20 kg
3x8: military press 69 kg

10x1: front squat 129 kg
3x10: pullup
2x20: military press 49 kg

1x11, 1x10: deadlift 169 kg
3x10: db floor press 46 kg
3x10: curl 39 kg
