Persistent Guy's Training Log Continues

10x3: front squat 113 kg
3x12: pullup
5x5: db floor press 46 kg

Weight: 94.6 kg

Finally replaced the dead battery in my scale. It’s been what, a month?

Also, the most recent track I’ve finished:

5x1: front squat 131 kg
5x5: military press 69 kg
5x5: pullup 12 kg

1x4, 1x3: deadlift 209 kg
1x3: deadlift 229 kg
5x5: db floor press 46 kg
3x12: pullup

I’m pretty sure this is the most I’ve ever deadlifted for a triple. Locking out the third rep felt pretty heavy.

10x3: front squat 115 kg
5x5: military press 69 kg
5x5: pullup 12 kg

Feeling mysteriously good. Like going slightly heavier on deadlifts two days ago magically fixed everything that was feeling sore or worn down.

5x1: front squat 131 kg
5x5: db floor press 46 kg
3x12: pullup

1x6, 1x4: deadlift 209 kg
5x5: pullup 12 kg
5x5: military press 69 kg

I wonder if I could deadlift 200 kilos for 10 reps. Probably not, but if I trained for it for a month or two I might.
