And a new song. English pop covered as Afro-house.
Gonna take that week off now, finally. So before I do that, though I’d try a heavier deadlift. The last single is all that fits on my bar and the 5 kg plates go a little past the end of the bar but hey, they didn’t fall off.

My excuse is that tomorrow I have my annual evaluation at work and I need to do something to take my mind off it. I was going to be busy this evening but the singer I was supposed to record asked to move it to tomorrow because she has to work late. Besides, I’m feeling a lot less sore yesterday and today for some unknown reason, though my left shoulder is still not feeling 100%. So, I’ll just do squats and skip upper body.

So I was a good boy and didn’t do any lifting for 6 days. Left arm and shoulder are definitely feeling better. Easing back into it today. I was supposed to make more bacon-filled chocolate pigs with people from work and not lift again until Wednesday, but a few of them dropped out and the rest of us decided we’d rather do it some other day.
