I thought the squats were pretty hard, slow and grindy but then looking at the clock it turned out that even the last single took me only three seconds to complete. Nowhere near as slow as I thought.

Tired, sore, gonna take the rest of the week off, but the deadlifts felt lighter than expected today. Might be because somebody really pissed me off at work this morning?

So, yeah, I don’t really feel quite as sore today and decided to put the week off by another week. It was either lift or trim the start points of a couple hundred bass samples, and this seemed like the less painful of the two.
