Will be out playing music this evening, and again next Sunday, that one involving more gear to haul and a 20-song set, so did rows instead of cleans as my left forearm has been feeling kinda sore lately. No sense making it worse right now…

Left forearm’s definitely doing better but for a change I seem to have done something to my right middle finger - on Wednesday I noticed that it’s feeling stiff, hurts if I poke it underneath right where it joins the hand, and it’s even a bit swollen. Pulling probably isn’t making it better, but isn’t really painful, so we’ll see…

Doing physically OK after the show yesterday. Left forearm feels totally normal, right middle finger is still stiff and swollen but not really painful… though squats and presses don’t really affect it, we’ll see about pulls…

Finger definitely hurts trying to do pullups, light deads and rows are pretty much OK though. Will see if I need to actually take some time off, or maybe just like do squats every day for a bit or something.
