what are the better Models for structuring the annual training in team-sprts ?

Periodization bible I and II. It do a search for some of your questions. both of the ones you have on here right now have been answered in multiple articles and threads.

Periodization bible I and II can be a start for the weights but that does not train, agility, running (if any), plyometrics and general physical preparation. Also other sport specific skills may be missed.
What sport do you coach?

I have to disagree. The Westside guys are the best at Powerlifting, but they should stick with that.

If you want a good basis for Periodization get the text of the same name by Tudor Bompa. It’s widely recommended as the best basic reference source. Essentials in Strength Training is another good reference.

If you want something a little more ‘real world’, check out some of Poliquin and Kings books. I believe you can buy some of King’s books through Biotest and there’s chapter excerpts in Previous Issues of T-Mag.
