This is actually perfect since i’m moving for 2 months on business.
I scouted some gyms in the area (prolly going with Bally’s) but my overall workout schedule isn’t gonna be like it used to I bet so i’ll focus on strengthening my abs and lower back during this time, then hit up the rack pulls in November.
They might even have one of those ab rollouts too.
