Thank you!!! Yeah I have several jerseys from the 90’s.
I’ve continued the iso extreme every day and the first 5 minutes I have reached is the wall squat. Still a long way to go in pretty much all other isos to get to master the five minute mark. I feel strong though and my legs have grown an inch.
