Perfect Rep Thoughts

Man, I just wanted to say that I am soooo impressed with my results after only a month and a half…

I came in here two years ago and didnt have a clue about body building… Every day it seemed that I learned something new while reading the forums… Im signing up now and giving credit where credit is due…

When CT said that muscle strength and growth doesnt depend on the duration of stimulus (reps etc) but the magnitude of intensity on the muscle it all hit home…

I literally was in the gym when I first started using the perfect rep method, maxing out at 195… Im not lying to you when I say that 2 days ago, and again today, I bench pressed 235 with no assistance! In such a short period of time!

The results were the same with the leg press machine… My leg press max went up by 150 lbs! my 2RM for leg press is now 720! I honestly cant believe it…

I feel great inbetween sets, and Im barely sore on off days… by my next training day it feels like I have rested for a week…

I am a relative beginner, and I know that those numbers are nothing to brag about, but im really encouraged and I thank you.
