Perfect Meal Mix?

Because of my job I get 3 days a week at home and have to make the most of my nutrition in that time frame. The challenge is simple, make what you think the “perfect day” would be food-wise. Goal is a clean bulk before summer, but leaning toward bulking over anything else.

If you need more info then just ask, I will answer whatever. I offer a thank you and a spot (if I am ever in your gym) to people who want to help, and a simple fuck you to the one or two assholes that will write something about looking on Google or using the search function. Keep bend’n bars brothers.

Current: 190lbs

In a shake all day- BCAA 16 grams, Creatine 6 grams, Glutamine 6 grams, Beta Alanine 6 grams

6am - 4 eggs, 1 orange, 1 cup blue berries, 1 scoop serious mass, 3 fish oil caps, .5 carton of yogurt.
9am- .5lbs tuna, 2 heads broccoli
Noon- .5lbs steak, 1-2 sweet potato
Pre Lift- Grow! Whey 1 scoop
During Lift- Grow! Whey 1 scoop, Serious Mass 1 scoop
Post Lift- Grow! Whey 1 scoop
5:30pm - .5lbs chicken, 2 cups spinach
8pm- 1 scoop Metabolic Drive, .5 carton Cottage Cheese, Olive Oil 2 TBL spoons

Looks good - maybe try and stick with whole foods and prepare large quantities that can turn into delicious leftovers! Like a big bowl of spaghetti with meat.

Solid. What about the other 4 days though?

The other 4 are on the road consulting and are pretty much where the sales guys decide. Try to hit the Outback and get them to serve just a plain steak, mixed veg, potato plate when I can, but it is pretty much a hit or miss.

Workouts are staying pretty intense, 3 day split w/ Legs, back, and then chest, but I can tell that my eating is what is holding me back. Ironic ain’t it, I got the damn job to buy supplements / gym memberships and now I am trying to up my supplements / gym time to cope with the job.

Berardi says you should shoot for 90% clean meals. So if you can do that while eating out for over half a week then more power to you. I know that I would definitely have trouble with that.
