Percentages Used in Wave Loading?

I was wondering the percentages used specifically for the 543,and 531 waves any help or suggestions would be appreciated please and thanks

I don’t really use percentages because it varies for one person to the next. See, on average people can get 5-6 reps with 85% of their max. But I’ve trained athlete who could barely get 3-4 and others who could do 8-10. This depends on muscle fiber dominance but also on training history; someone who has done low reps all his life will get fewer reps, a guy who has done mostly higher reps will get more reps.

Thank you for the quick response I’m definitely one of the 3-4 reps with 85% percent ill go by feel and maybe start with a weight i could get 8 reps with on first set of 5 and go from there does that sound like a good start thanks again
