Utterly disgusted with myself here. My leg and core were already fatigued from yesterday but this should be nothing and it was a lot more than that. I did some horrible stripper squats and overall shit performance. I was a bit embarassed tbh.

This was some hard work, man. Glad to have finished the week tbh. Just a lot of stress going on in my life. Much of it positive but I am a bit too drenched currently. Yet training is going pretty good as shown by the btn jerks.
Training in the clinic again today to save some time and stress… talking about which: It’s so bad that I am experiencing anxiety symptoms currently that feel very… bodily. I will be fine but there’s a lot going on. The main one that will bring some peace is finishing the move. 2 weeks now.

Had to share the room I do the jerks in with a group of people. That was super distracting and I already wasn’t feeling super focused. That really pissed me off. I would have really liked to get the 155 kg double but then did 3 singles instead. Realistically speaking that still isn’t bad.
I hurt my wrist again and I think it was from just slapping the plates…?! Very lightly. Really weird but it feels basically exactly like the sprain from a few months ago! Fuck me. Messed with my sleep.
Wrist is kinda fucked but we are not here to fuck spiders, eh? That’s an australian saying I learned from a mate a few years back (not @simo74 or @MarkKO )

- Saturday will be the final moving day. There will obviously be stuff to do still but I am looking forward to having this over with and having some stress fall off. Fatigue is accumulating physically and mentally. Just wasn’t in it with my head. I started out pretty good but lost energy and momentum quickly. Also had some issues with bloating (I eat like crap currently) and my belt.
Thank you! February shall be better! But I am glad to get this move and then comp over with. Anxiety is better by now, just bits here and there and some stomache aches due to stress… and dead tiredness, haha.
Haha who said it is done? This Satirday will be the final push. I mean there’s gonna be plenty of work after that still, but that’s the main moving day.

Wrist is still fucked so I didn’t know how these would go. Even after some extensive warm up, I couldn’t really get it extended enough and was considering a crossed arm grip. But I kept trying and added weight until there were some very audible cracks and afterwards it went much better, haha. Weight was moving very well and felt easy though!
Ever since our conversation about the popping noises I was having, I’ve been relishing it as I work out. Yesterday’s arnold presses had my back cracking all over the place, and I cheerfully thought “ah, my little air pockets!” Thank you for that!
The perfectionist in me would have liked to have consistently clean reps. The realist in me is acknowledging that 4 singles @ 5 kg off my PR is pretty darn great.

Didn’t have time for acessories. But that’s not a huge issue. Setting everything up downstairs, tearing it down, moving upstairs is just taking up a lot of time on top of lifting heavy weights. The wrist is getting in my head a bit but I am glad to be able to tolerate this well overall.
I have some catching up to do. Moving was a success. Still so much to do but it’s also fun to hsve these projects. Still Saturday was a 13 hour effort… kinda mean to have deadlifts on Monday then.
