Haha the one ‘celebrity look alike’ I seriously got a lot a while ago (especially when my beard was longer) was Germany’s handball national team goal keeper, Andreas Wolff. I am not into handball, so I had to google. I could kinda see it. He’s a big dude so I’m not mad.
Could be worse mate, you could have grown up in the era where dark hair and glasses meant you were Harry Potter.

The cold is starting to kick my arse a little. I went back and forth wether to train today or not and decided against it. I could absolutely make it happen but I am a)not sure at what cost and b) two friends are coming to visit on Friday and we want to train together. The plan is now to rest two days and then mash day 2 and 3 together.

- will do my rows tomorrow. Ran out of time/ had too much fun talking.
Also afterwards we went to a Mexican restaurant. We weren’t really sure what to order and how the portion sizes would turn out to be. So we had the waitress demonstrate with her hands how big the items were going to be. We discussed what we were going to order and the waitress was baffled. She assured us multiple times that we were never going to eat up what we were thinking about ordering. When our final order was placed she said “ok, if you’re really going to eat all of that, there’s gonna be tequila on the house”.
It might be interesting to mention that the aforementioned friends of mine are two pretty small/ in shape girls.
Anyway we won and got our tequila. “Winning tequila at a Mexican restaurant for eating a huge amount of food”… I might have found the title for my memoirs.
Although I don’t really care much for tequila.

Mid and upper back are pretty sore.
Carried a lot of fatigue into this one + still some congestion + humidity + tired (= mimimi). Thankfully the deload is incoming.

- I just wasn’t feeling that good overall during the workout and my left biceps was kinda complaining. So I decided to cut pressing a set short each and take it easy. Also cancelled hip thrusts. I got everything important done for the week so I felt like that was a reasonable decision.
