Notes:
- piss poor performance on the incline. Not sure what happened but my chest felt like it’s going to explode. Benched on a HS incline bench with an eleiko weightlifting bar. Was a shit setup. Bar had way too much spin fpr benching.
- hip/ SI area didn’t feel to good over the weekend. Didn’t hinder my performance today but I need to focus on nailing those zerchers correctly
- that squishy wl platform was weird for deadlifts

Dafuq I’m jealous of nobody. I be rolling up to the gym 10mins away from my home, because I’m too good for my home gym now, decked out in fresh designer gym gear. I use one of the comp bench set ups as a seat, gym bag resting place and hang my belt on the Eleiko power bar in the rack while I go select from every kind of bar I could ever want and load some Eleiko plates on em.

I can’t tell if Hamster is like a trillionaire or just dirt poor. On the one hand, he appears to live on a sidewalk. On the other, he is always talking about expensive calibrated plates. I have literally never seen a calibrated plate.

Nah unfortunately only weightlifting training bars. They suck dor squats and bench press but are good for deads (with those bumpers I had easily the same whip that I would have had with my deadlift bar + metals. If not more). Plus I like them for pish jerks!

Deads looking good. Solid overall. Maybe ur shoes but i think ur toes are coming up a bit at times. Maybe weight is mostly on heels

Yep it’s one of those new eleiko platforms. The gym has two of them.
Good catch with the feet. I can’t tell if it’s the shoes or if I actually move the toes but I’ll pay attention to it next time.

For ur toes they shouldn’t come up if ur weight/balance is evenly distributed.
My young powerlifting apprentice does. But she is tinier than a guineapig. She said it sucks to do it in socks though because it’s slippery.
The platform is weird. If you drop a clean it will literally bounce back to hip height.
True. Might try a set barefoot to see.
