I’ve always heard of testicle shrinkage, but I’m experiencing loss in length and girth. Have a friend with the same problem. Only taking 200mg cyponate every two weeks. Is this common? Can it be undone?

Some people notice their penis shrinks when e2 gets too high. How is your e2? hCG actually has some studies which show slight increase in penile size as well.

Your TRT protocol needs to address E2 levels.
hCG prevents testicular shrinkage.

You need to self inject 100mg/week as 50mg twice a week.
You need these labs, post with ranges:
TT
FT
E2
AST/ALT
prolactin if <35
PSA if >45
CBC
TSH
fasting cholesterol
fasting glucose
This is what I was referencing so everyone knows I wasn’t stating penile growth via hCG blindly.
