Hey everyone! So, I’ve been on TRT (200 mg, intramuscular, once every two weeks) for only 5 weeks, and I’ve reviewed hundreds of pages of source material stating that testicle shrinkage typically occurs around the 6-9 month marker. My testicles shrank by about 50% within the first three weeks.
Now, before I started my Testosterone was only 177 (I’m 37, no pituitary tumor, but I do have a 7mm Pineal cyst that I’m currently waiting to have evaluated), and through the three doses I’ve had so far, I feel great. However, the shrinkage occurred after only three weeks…I used to have large chicken egg-sized testicles and now they’re barely quail eggs and almost spongy. My Dr. is female (which isn’t an issue), but she kind of shrugged it off. Has anyone else experienced this extreme shrinkage after only a few weeks of TRT? I’m not sure how I feel about it.
