Hey everyone so I’ve been on TRT for 3 years now and I seldom use HCG.
I’ve noticed my penis seems to be a bit shorter and not as thick as it once was when erect, obviously this is very worrying, is the lack of LH a possible cause for this?
Will starting to take HCG return it to its original size?
(HCG makes me feel awful in the days after use; hence why I don’t use it)
Also my erection quality seems a bit lower; not as hard, is this a TRT issue or could this be an issue elsewhere?
I also have no libido at the moment… weird.
Thanks
Info -
Test E 100mg per week in 2 jabs, puts me at the top of the range and slightly above on free T.
E2 is around 26pg/ml
Age : 31
No.
No.
Possibly, indirectly, but possible.
Interesting, what do you think could be a cause then?
I’m not being delusional, I asked my girlfriend and she agrees, there’s definitely a difference.
Blood flow, I mean without blown flow to the penis…
Too much T can be just as bad as no enough for some men.
Also, fluid retention can affect the penis size and the fluid retention may not even be detectable. I have that issue and a diuretic fixes the problem within minutes.
I have to take dandelion root couple times a week.
You might also play around with injection frequency, libido and erectile strength on TRT can be finicky.
Daily cialis?
Sounds like problem is you are not getting really hard. And if you are not you will not be your full size.

How does fluid retention play a role in penis size. Also what about TRT causes fluid retention? Are you using potassium soaring diuretics?
Estrogen causes fluid retention.
This is probably your issue. Not as hard will mean not quite as big.
Other than that, have you put on weight? If the fat pad at the base of the penis gets larger, the penis seems smaller. If you get fluid retention, some will go to that fat pad area, and you will look smaller.
Other than that, were you trimming bush before, and are not now?

What were your levels before TRT? TT, FT, E2 and SHBG?
