Pendulum Bodybuilding?

Anyone out there had any success with the pendulum bodybuilding workout proposed by CT?
Just curious as to any results.

I used it for 12 weeks… I absolutely loved it… With that routine and increased calories, I added almost 10 pounds of weight (by the looks of the mirror, mostly muscle), 20 pounds to my bench press. I did my own leg routine instead of that…
