I was planning on incorporating pendlay rows into my back workout instead of tbar rows my question is if I am trying to hit the upper back/trap/rhomboid area should I row to the upper abs/chest area or to the lower abs/Beltline also anyone who has had some success with them feel free to chime in
row higher to hit traps + upper back rather than lats, but spend a few sessions finding your particular sweet spot
thanks caveman should i expect a big difference in the weight used compared to regular bent over rows or Tbars my next back session is sunday and would like to know what to expect so im not totally disappointed lol
I can do more with pendelay rows compared to regular BB rows because of the explosive element. no idea about T bar cos that all depends on your setup.
